About DSCHM- Fully Servo Control Honing Machine
D-Honer, Model : DSCHM 50x300mm is fully Servo Controlled Honing Machine. Machine works on Servo Motors such as reciprocation on Heavy rolled Ball screw driven by servo motor. Tool Expansion is micron by Servo motor. Rotation by servo motor and job clamping on U Cam Rotary servo indexing table. Machine is designed for small diam. 10mm to 50 mm. High accuracy servo tool expansion in micron is to control same size of each bore. Multiple bore can be done on this machine. Machine is fully programmed with advance technology and accuracy at another high level.
