Presently the Valve Lapping Operation is done manually and has following major draw-backs:

D-HONER-DHL machine besides mechanizing the operation will overcome all the draw backs that are associated with Manual Lapping. Due to simultaneously Lapping of 4 or 6 valves at a time at optimum lapping speed, production rates as high as 5 to 6 times can be achieved with remarkable degree of Consistency. The operational simplicity of the machine enables use of unskilled Labour. All these factors result in considerable reduction in operational cost.

FEATURES:- Drive: Specially designed heavy-duty compact Geared Motor of ample Capacity with an output speed that is optimum for valve lapping operation. The mechanism of the machine is fairly simple and hence requires practically no maintenance.

Spindles:- These are robustly designed and mode of toughened alloy steel, precision round and supported in heavy-duty roller bearings. The centre distance of the spindles can be adjusted simply by turning the knob and sliding The spindle block. Once the desire centre distance is achieved the spindle block can be locked in position by turning the knob in the reverse direction. The pneumatically operated vacuum cup that dives the valve and pneumatic cylinder giving directly of up & down in process of lapping. Pneumatic pressure regulator give adjustable load each valve require machines with fixed centre distance spindles can also be supplied.
